Preparation of the steak
Roll the Skurt steak and cut it in 4 equal pieces. Heat the Golden Brand margarine in a skillet and sauté the finely chopped garlic. Add the salt and black pepper to taste. Take the skillet from the fire and marinate the meat for approximately 10 minutes in the Golden Brand mix.
Put the marinated steak in the grill pan and grill the meat for 3 minutes on one side and 3 minutes on the other side. The steak is now medium grilled.
Preparation of the Marga garlic sauce
Melt the Golden Brand margarine in a skillet and stir-fry the finely chopped garlic. Add the flour and stir together thoroughly with a wooden spoon. Pour the milk bit by bit and keep stirring until the Marga garlic sauce is bound. Add the salt and black pepper to taste.
Preparation of the grilled eggplant
Wash and cut the eggplant in slices. Melt the Golden Brand margarine in a pan. Season with salt and black pepper. When finished, take the pan off the stove.
Heat up the grill pan and grill the eggplant slices on it, while coating them with the melted Golden Brand margarine using a brush. Get grill marks on the eggplant slices by not moving them during grilling. Serve the grill steak and grilled eggplant on a plate and pout the Marga garlic sauce on top.
Tip: For well-done steak, grill the steak for 5 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other side.
